Development,
Reimagined
At Hartness Development, we believe in crafting places where life moves at its fullest—where community breathes, architecture inspires, and nature flows seamlessly. From residential sanctuaries to hospitality destinations, mixed-use hubs and commercial iconography, we bring landscapes to life with purpose and design. Discover how we build more than buildings.
We specialize in four core pillars: residential, mixed-use, hospitality and commercial. With each project we ask: “How does this space support connection, elevate experience, and stand the test of time?” Guided by innovation and rooted in the Southern charm, our environments aren’t just built —they’re crafted to endure, to delight, to inspire.
